Introduction:
Ted's negotiation skills workshop is about making a compromise with your colleagues or clients to settle an argument or issue. There are several ways to approach negotiation, however communication is always the key, whether it is face-to-face, on the telephone or in writing.

In this workshop, profiles are used to analyse each delegate’s strengths and weaknesses. Once the areas of improvement have been identified, a series of case studies and role-plays will be used to help develop and practice the techniques they need to improve their negotiating skills.
Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop delegates will understand the principles of negotiation. The implementation of a personal action plan is an important part of this workshop and by the end, delegates will be able to establish an effective negotiation strategy using a personal negotiation style.
