Learn to run productive meetings.

Introduction:

Meetings can be an issue in any organisation. Many individuals feel that they attend too many meetings, often with the wrong people in attendance and can often feel that there is no structure, no management of time and as a result,  no real output.

This workshop adopts a structured approach to improving the quality of meetings. It can be built around a real life situation in order to observe real-life issues and behaviours and make recommendations for improvement.

Includes:

Those involved in this workshop will be shown the importance of drawing up a timed agenda. Using role play, participants will again experience of leading a meeting. They will also take part in an interactive session which will help them achieve a successful outcome from a meeting.

Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop delegates will have the ability to write and follow agendas. They will also have the confidence to lead meetings in a constructive manner, resulting in achievable and relevant outcomes. The workshop will also give delegates the ability to conduct more successful sales meetings.
