How to deal with difficult people and get them on your side.

Introduction:

Dealing with difficult people can have a real impact on your life. Their behaviour at work may make it difficult for you to concentrate on your own job and it can often impact on your personal life too.

This workshop provides an approach to recognising human behaviour in a systematic way. It defines difficult behaviour into 16 categories including the ‘fantasist’, ‘malicious gossip’ and ‘maybe person’ and provides tools and techniques for dealing positively with different personalities in the workplace.

This workshop includes precise and proven techniques to deal with the 16 types of difficult behaviour and will indicate how to spot each one instantly. Delegates will learn how to become a master at dealing with a difficult person and how to prevent a person from being difficult in the first place. They will also learn how to motivate each personal style.

Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to influence difficult behaviour positively. They will also understand the practical and emotional causes of people being difficult. Delegates will also be able to implement appropriate and specific actions for each behaviour type.
