Introduction:
As a result of the new skills gained through executive coaching, many organisations now choose to develop their managers as internal coaches in order to strengthen the skills of their management team as a whole. Ted's coaching skills workshop is designed to help managers hone, develop and practice their coaching skills through case studies and role play.
Includes:
The use of 360 degree feedback to help delegates become more aware of their own strengths and weaknesses as a coach. Practice sessions based upon key skills including creating rapport, questioning, listening, giving feedback, agreeing goals, planning & carrying out development activities and measuring results also feature in this workshop.
Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop delegates will have increased skills in managing people and better working relationships. Delegates will also have greater confidence in tackling performance issues ensuring higher performing individuals and teams.
