Self Awareness Inventory - 2

This follows on from Self Awareness Inventory - 1 and starts to put a framework together in order to address issues and move forward.

1. Do I have a vision or dream for my performance in the future?

2. Do I allow myself to constructively daydream about how I will achieve my vision?

3. Have I taken an audit of all my skills and talents, including the ones that, at this stage, appear not to have any immediate relevance or use?

4. Do I convey and believe in my positive self image? How do I deal with moments of doubt?

5. What are the things I believe I am not good at? What is the evidence for this? Why do I chose to believe this?

6. Are the images I have of myself consistent with what I am going to achieve?

Establish a pattern where you set aside about 10 minutes per day to visualise yourself achieving success. Ensure that you are associated. i.e. inside the experience. Be clear about about what you see, hear, feel, taste and smell.

These steps will be further developed in subsequent postings.
